Structural Overview
The BCX fin forming machine consists of:
- Main host seat
- Spindle
- Upper and lower die tables
The spindle is fixed at both ends within the host seat. Guide posts and springs connect the lower and upper tables. The upper die is fixed below the upper table, while the lower die is mounted on a sliding block above the lower table.
Three cams on the spindle drive pillars for vertical reciprocating motion, enabling periodic up-and-down movement of the die tables. The central cam drives a connecting rod to enable horizontal reciprocating feeding motion via the sliding block.
